No-Show Policy

We have implemented a Rescheduling, Cancellation, & No-Show Policy which enables us to better provide the highest level of veterinary care to all our patients.

It is very important that you call 24-hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. By providing us notice of a cancellation or a need to reschedule, we may be able to accommodate other patients in need with your appointment slot.

New Clients

We require new clients to prepay for their pet’s physical exam as a deposit when the appointment is scheduled. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour window your deposit may be used at the next scheduled appointment or a refund will be issued. Same day reschedule or cancelations with prepayment is non-transferable or refundable.

In the event a new client no-show on their first appointment, along with the forfeiture of the initial deposit we will require prepayment for any future exams at the time of scheduling.

Existing Clients

We understand there may be times when unforeseen circumstances occur, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If there are (2) two no-shows in a 12-month period, then we will require that you prepay for your pet’s future exams as a deposit at the time of scheduling. Same day reschedule or cancellations with prepayment is non-transferable or refundable.
