Rescheduling, Cancellation, & No-Show Policy


We have implemented a rescheduling, cancellation, & no-show policy, which enables us to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our patients.

It is very important that you call 24-hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

By providing us notice of a cancellation or a need to reschedule, we may be able to accommodate other patients in need with your appointment slot.

New Clients

  • We call all appointments in advance to confirm. To keep your appointment, we require confirmation via phone, text, or email prior to 5 pm the day before.
  • In the event a new client no-shows on their first appointment, they will be required to prepay for any future exams at the time of scheduling. Prepaid exams are non-refundable.

Existing Clients

  • We understand there may be times when unforeseen circumstances occur, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If there are (2) two no-shows in a 12-month period, then we will require that you prepay for your pet’s next exam at the time of scheduling. Prepaid exams are non-refundable.
